My room included a minibar. It also had two separate sinks (very convenient). The security in the hotel was excellent, and it ensured I felt safe .
The room service was slow. The housekeeping service was also slow. I found the pillows to be not very comfortable (this affected my sleep).

The breakfast service was disappointing. They ran out of items quickly and refills were slow. I found this irritating. the in-room coffee machine was broken. It just made a mess and didn't brew anything at all.

My room was spacious and very clean. The shower had hot water available instantly. The consumables, including the soap and toothbrush, were high quality. Rania, the hotel manager, provided a warm welcome upon my arrival, and I felt her sincerity throughout my stay.
The parking situation was a little disorganized.
